Orders my be placed online, fax, or by phone. To order online fill out the necessary information along with your credit card number and the 4 digit expiration date and email address. You will receive an email confirming your order. To fax your order, please print the order blank from the web site. Fill in any necessary information. To fax your order 24 hours a day call 636-940-7463. To order by phone call our toll-free number at 1-877-340-7463 Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Upon calling, please request the mail order department. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Free shipping is only available within the continental U.S. Normally, we use Fed Ex ground to ship. Fed Ex will not deliver to most Post Office Boxes, so we might have to ship it by U.S. Mail. Next Business Day Delivery, Two Business Day Delivery, Three Business Day Delivery, and Priority Mail are available within the United States depending upon stock availability. Please email us for express delivery charges. If you would like your order shipped to another address fill in the area for shipping to another address.
What are the charges for express delivery?
Next Business Day Delivery-$35 Two Business Day Delivery-$25 Three Business Day Delivery-$15 Orders must be placed by 12 pm (noon) CST Business Day Delivery is provided by UPS within the Continental U.S. (delivery subject to stock availability) Shipping weight over 4 1bs. where indicated will be charged an additional $5 per pair. Guaranteed delivery is provided only with Next Business Day Delivery when available.

Normally, you should receive your order within 2 weeks for shipments within the United States. Occasionally, our suppliers cannot fill the order within the normal time period. You will be notified of the stock status and delivery time on your order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and Canada. We also ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments outside the U.S. are generally sent U.S. Parcel Post Express. International orders will be sent an email confirming the shipping costs. Please note that there might be a duty on goods shipped to international countries. Check with your postal officials about the additional charges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn shoes within 30 day of receipt. Click on the Return Form for more information.

Ordering, Return, and Exchanges for Holiday Gifts.
Christmas orders placed after December 15 may require additional shipping charges depending upon stock availability. Indicate in the "Special Instructions" box on the order form that this is a Holiday Gift, whether or not to include free gift wrapping, and/or a free gift card (please indicate how card should be written). All holiday purchases have our 30 day unworn return guarantee from date of holiday when accompanied with a receipt. All unworn items returned 31 to 60 days of holiday with may be exchanged for the same item or value of returned item within one year of purchase.
